1. Always wash and rinse your hand before handling your lenses.
2. Do not use if the lens is dry or damaged in any way. Examine your lens ensuring that it is intact and clear of any debris.
3. Never wear lenses longer than prescribed.4. Do not ever share your lenses with anyone else.
5. Always use fresh unexpired care solution to clean your lenses.
6. If you suffer from any of the following do not use these lenses.
- Corneal dystrophies
- Corneal ulcers
- Inflammation of the cornea or the eye
- Allergic eye condition
- Any pre-existing eye conditions
7. Tamper Resistant: Use only if foil packs are intact.
8. Please ensure that you ask your eye care professional for product instructions.9. Before inserting the lens after removing it from the eye, always rinse the lens with contact lens solution.
Inserting your lenses.
Place the lens on the tip of your forefinger and check that the lens is right side up. Place the middle finger of the same hand close to your lower eyelashes and pull down the lower lid. At the same time use the forefinger of middle finger of the other hand to lift the upper lid. Then slowly place the lens on your eye. Finally release the lids and blink, the product will center automatically. 
Removing your lenses.
Look up and slide the lens to the lower part of the eye using the forefinger. Gently pinch the lens between the thumb and forefinger. Then remove.
